Project Scope
EOC acted as the Engineer of Record for an all-encompassing exterior rehabilitation program, managing the project's lifecycle from the preliminary condition assessment through to final closeout. Our engineering team produced a detailed set of construction drawings and technical specifications, providing expert guidance to ownership during the contractor selection process and maintaining a consistent presence on-site for construction administration. These efforts ensured that every phase of the restoration was executed in strict accordance with premium industry standards. Beyond our role in design and project management, EOC performed the necessary NYC FISP (Façade Inspection & Safety Program) inspections and submitted the mandatory compliance reports to the Department of Buildings.
