Project Scope
EOC served as Engineer of Record for a comprehensive exterior restoration program, delivering full professional services from initial façade evaluation through project completion. Engineering services included detailed condition assessments, preparation of construction drawings and technical specifications, and support during the contractor bidding process. EOC also provided construction administration and on-site field inspections to verify that restoration work was performed in accordance with approved documents, specifications, and industry best practices. As part of the engagement, EOC completed the required NYC Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) inspectionss and filed the corresponding reports with the Department of Buildings. In parallel with the restoration work, EOC performed targeted leak investigations and mitigation services, identifying sources of exterior water infiltration and developing effective corrective repair solutions.
