Project Scope
EOC served as the Engineer of Record for a comprehensive exterior facade restoration program, providing overall project oversight from the initial condition assessment through to project completion. Our team developed a rigorous set of construction drawings and technical specifications designed to revitalize the building’s envelope and ensure long-term structural integrity. Beyond the design phase, EOC provided active construction administration and conducted field inspections to verify that all work strictly conformed to the approved design standards and NYC building codes. As a core part of the engagement, EOC executed and filed all required NYC Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) reports with the Department of Buildings.
