The Marc Residential Garage & Facade Inspection

The Marc Residential Garage & Facade Inspection — Building Overview

Building Overview

This property is a mid-rise residential building located in Brooklyn, developed as a modern multifamily structure with supporting on-site parking. The building contains about 40 residential units and encompasses 60,000 square feet of total building area. The structure is of reinforced concrete and masonry construction, with exterior façade systems and building components typical of contemporary New York City residential development. The building includes an enclosed parking garage providing 30 parking spaces, integrated into the building footprint to serve residents. Due to its height, occupancy, and structural configuration, the property is subject to NYC Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) requirements as well as Local Law 126 parking structure inspection and reporting obligations, necessitating periodic professional evaluation to ensure ongoing safety and regulatory compliance.
