Project Scope

EOC provided engineering and architectural services for a comprehensive roof replacement project. The scope of work included performing condition assessments and inspections of the existing roof assembly, preparing detailed construction drawings and technical specifications, and assisting ownership with general contractor bid solicitation and selection. EOC also provided construction-phase engineering support and on-site inspections to verify that the work was performed in accordance with the approved documents and project requirements. In conjunction with the roof replacement, EOC evaluated and oversaw repairs to associated roof bulkheads and parapet wall exterior façade elements. These repairs were incorporated into the overall scope to restore continuity of the building envelope and ensure long-term water infiltration protection.
