Building Overview

A luxury residential condominium tower located in the Hell’s Kitchen / Midtown West neighborhood of Manhattan on W 56 St. The building rises 37 stories and contains 77 condominium residences. It was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Álvaro Siza Vieira. The tower was completed in 2021–2022 From a structural and façade perspective, the building employs a high-rise reinforced concrete structural system typical of modern condominium construction in Manhattan (per builder and architectural descriptions), and its exterior envelope is clad predominantly in Perla Bianca limestone panels with expansively glazed window openings, set within a refined minimalist grid that emphasizes Siza’s sculptural architectural language.
